What are the benefits of Group Kick?
Group Kick is an energetic Group Fitness Program that stimulates the body and the mind. Participants can self-regulate the intensity of the workout simply by increasing or decreasing the range and acceleration of movements. Instructors are given strict guidelines as to the maximum kicking height and striking extensions considered safe. By adjusting intensity based upon their physical ability, participants will achieve safe, maximum workout effect. By attending regularly (2-3 times per week), participants can expect the following benefits:
